I paid 20 thousand rupees as a bribe to senior branch manager of punjab national bank ,dumari,buxar,bihar ,in order to get a kcc loan of 2 lakh 50 thousand . manager is asking for more mony. even after a laps of six months he is not providing me kcc card, my 50 thosand fd certificate etc what should i do now?
