I submitted all the documents for renewal of my passport on 22.08.2017

I submitted all the documents for renewal of my passport on 22.08.2017 at Gurgaon passport office. Police verification was done on 29.08.2017 and got message regarding clear police report submitted.
My file No. is DL3071397933217
Online status is indicating that police verification report is under rewiew at regional passport office
On 12.09.2017 I received another message that police verification completed and submitted at regional passport office.
Please help me and let me know the reason for delay
