I want to put PIL on Kptcl (Karnataka power Transmission corporation Limited) And Escoms ( electricity supply compamyes ) In karnataka because they are filling Vacancy only on the bassis of Merit.
they should fill their vacancy only on the bassis of Entrance test / TAT test/competative exams.
so i want put PIL aganest them
