My company is a medicine marketing company recently formed for the purpose having its registered office in Delhi. Can I have a drug licence in Bihar ? If yes what will be the address of my company on the wraper ? Is it necessary to have a drug licence in Delhi to distribute medicine got manufactured by the Company ? Please reply.
