No bribe, no water bill during construction
I am extending my house by another floor(600sq.ft). construction began last month and I havent got the water supply bills since then. I spike to the meter reader, he says there is no bill generated for you.
How can this happen? how can the bill not be generatd unless the meter is not working or any other problem. i am worried that my water supply will be disconneted for non payment.
I want to know what is the right procedure for getting this solved. i am willing to pay the fees, not any bribe to the meter reader or any bwssb official.
