Reported on March 23, 2015 from Bangalore , Karnataka  ι Report #55051

One of the client had received money from my family by cash for purchase of a car to my son on his birth day, he gave a receipt for the said amount by mentioning the purpose of its receipt. But while purchasing the car, the said borrower with malafide intention routed the transaction through his current account on the day when I have released a part of the loan amount which was credited to his Current a/c, as per procedure. Now the Bank authorities say, it was 'quid pro quo' for the release of loan by me to the said borrower. CBI also concur with the Bank's complaint. I am facing CBI case and in the meanwhile Bank dismissed me from services during Feb. 2012. This transaction pertains to the year July 2009. Thereafter, the said borrower committed suicide and died during April 2013. The borrower and his wife who used to meet my family know very well that I have not taken bribe and other customers and staff of Branch play 'safe game' and want to protect their skin even at my cost (of course they say I am already out of service - no bother about me) but I want to fight it out. Please tell me the course of action and guide me how to come out of this charge and save my skin and myself.
