I had built a ground floor house in 3000 sqft of land ... build up area is 1000 sqft only with rest vacant land.
I have built only ground floor and no further development .

Area : Thendral nagar in KK nagar ...

I am been informed by the builder that i need to pay a bribe to JE in that area ...

My built house is with space in all sides ...

I have not got prior approval for the building since its just a ground floor ...

Kindly advice what to do ...
