Training officer of REGIONAL TRAINING CENTRE SILA,NORTH GUWAHATI,HAS A PRACTICE OF TAKING BRIBE For granting C/L or E/L from his trainees he also takes bribe in the name of passing exam..he also misuse fund of mess of the trainees of that training centre....financially and mentally we are suffering.how to discontinue this practise
