With welcoming officers, guiding them to the right line, going beyond the said time-slot to make sure those who are in by 11am get their passports, zero tolerance to touts and a super prompt delivery of passports in 3 days flat - this has been a great experience and for anyone thinking of paying a bribe to get your passport, don't waste your money.
Having said that, there is room for better crowd/queue management which will make this place even better. But, thanks to everyone at the Outer Ring Road Passport office in Bangalore for this pleasant experience.
