5 months no progress, bribe and its done in an afternoon

I had to pay a total of Rs 35000 for registering my product with DGS&D . Though I worked for 5 months to complete all documents, my file was 'closed' . But after agreeing to pay this amount, it was 're-opened' and I got my registration the same evening
