After submitting all requested document, RTO office called me inside the cabin and asked why are you going to US. I said I am on H1b and going for work. Ok so u are going for earning, so pay 1000 extra to get it done. I asked why? he said your passport address do not match your Local DL address.. in fact this is not mandatory to have same address. Since I was in rush, I paid then and there and got it done.
