This is at One Indiabulls Financial center.. the standard norm to get approval of layout to proceed with office interiors is between Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 9 lakh. What's unfortunate, the practice is being blesses by the owner of the property who is leasing it. Even "India Today" has its office in the building and has bribed BMC for approvals
