Bribe for Inter state travel during Corona time at border check post

Hello sir, This complaint is in regards to bribery from the border checkpost Police during the Corona time asking for EPass even when the Governmemt of India has relased a G.O not to ask for passes during Inter state travel. There is a new Karnataka checkpost built with tent on Bangalore Kadapa road asking passes, this checkpost name is not present in the Seva Sindhu app to apply for EPass. Taking this as advantage, police men (not sure if true police men, because they don't wear uniforms) are asking bribes to let people pass through, if we do not give bribes they are not letting us pass to our native places. This is becoming a big problem. Hoping you would be able to help us with this issue.
