Bribed paid for registering FIR

Had lost share certificates. To obtain duplicate share certificates copy of FIR is needed. Police at santacruz (w) police station refused to register complaint! Had to bribe police at Andheri (E) police station Rs 2000 to file a report that share certificates were lost while changing residence.
