BRIBERY IN COURT BY POLICE

My driving licence was siezed and i had to go to Andheri Court to pay fine and collect back my licence. Time mentioned on receipt for attending court was 8 am. I reached in time. Till 8 45 am the court room was locked. Another room some plain cloth police were there with all siezed licences. I approached them and they took out my licence and said they can release the licence, if i do not wish to attend court. Since it was a minor offence of not wearing seat belt, I can pay Rs.100-. They said they will deposit in court. I paid Rs.100- and took my licence. People around told me they will not pay that in treasury but 'manage' to destroy records and take the amount home.
