To the constable came for verification

Its almost after 3 months local police constable came for police verification.He called me and asked where I was ,for which I replied in office and I will reach home in 10 min.To which he said thats not required as he is near to my office.
After he met, his first statement was " yaha aspas koi hotel wagarah nhi hai jaha baith ke form bhar skte hai "(There are no hotels near by where we can sit and fill form).Then we went to the security cabin of a nearby building.
He asked about the duration for which i was staying at the address whether i have related document etc. When completed he told me that "he was at night duty and then also he came for my document verification , so he needs something for chai pani( Tea etc). After some discussion I gave him 100 (as i dint have any change :( ) for which he replied just 100 .people give Rs 500 for this.I told him that see every document is perfect still why he needs, to which he replied " sabko dena padta hai ... mere pass kuch bhi nhi bachega" (I have to give to everyone and I wont have any money left).. finally I said i dont ahve any more if you wish return me this ... after that only he left.
