Legal fine for driving against 1 way is Rs. 100/-, However the hawaldar was refusing to give me the license statingthe fine is Rs. 500/- when I told him that the fine is Rs.100/- he stated go and collect the licence from local Court. Finally I was able get my license after bargaining for an amount of Rs. 400/- with a condition of not taking the receipt.
