Full Bribe Accepted anytime at Nana Chowk RTO for releasing Towed 2 wheelers

My 2 wheeler got towed for wrong parking outside Roxy cinema, Opera house on Sunday 10th May, 2015. When i went to RTO office at Nana Chowk they took a bribe of Rs 150 and released by two wheeler. The official fine is Rs 200/-

This is not the first time it has happened, i and my friends have paid in the past too but this time i thought enough is enough and this goons need to be thought lesson. If you say you wish to pay fine then they dont like it and unnecessary ask for additional documents like insurance papers, PUC and try to increase the fine amount and scare you.

One can go there anytime of the day/week and they work on the same modus operandi. Please catch them red handed.
