This is how the government helps startups to import R&D machines. Apart from paying all taxes and GST. We have to pay customs in the Chennai port to clear it. Our machine is stuck there for 5 days and until we pay they wont release it. This is how India will make growth. If something was illegal I can understand. But For food processing machine for R&D.
In India to do research you need to be rich. You need to be able to pay bribes. And thats how they expect the country to grow.
