Hi,
I had to pay bribe of rs 3500.00 for gift registration of 1 acre within family. But they don't take the bribe directly in the office. Karanam collects the amount and passes it to some middle person outside the office.
The break up of it
0.7% of land value to sub-registrar
750/- to valuation officer
300 + 200 + 150 for other staff.
Not sure how to eradicate this.
