How I had to pay to withdraw my "hard earned money" from yje PF office

I recently resigned from my job to set up my own company. I had accumulated a large sum of money (more than Rs 20 lakhs) with the PF office. As I wanted the PF money towards the start up capital of my new company, I made an application to the PF office. Inspite of repeated follow up there was no way I could take my money out. Then an agent offered to help and by paying Rs 10000, within a week I got my money. It is a shame because it is my money and these bandicoots want a bribe to release my money.
