Hello,
I had parked my car at the side odf the road when beat marshalls arrived and said it was illegal at about 8 pm bandra band stand.
They took my licence and asked me to pay fine of 1200 rupees. than they handed over the licence to a third person and asked me to pay that person 1000 rupee and take it back.
It was a real torture and a very bad experience with mumbai police.
