On 28th august 2020 ( around 3:00 pm) I had visited Civil Surgeon office, sheohar (Bihar) for joining as specialist medical officer at sadar hospital (my first posting). As I was finishing formalities of joining, the Clerk Sri Narayan singh asked my elder brother who was accompanying me to pay bribe of Rs 5000 oherwise the Civil Surgeon cum CMO will post me in Corona ward. My elder brother paid bride of Rs 5000 as he noticed that other doctor who had come for joining was also paying bribe. I also paid Rs 100 to typist for typing my acceptance letter.
