My Flat Owners Association paid a bribe to move the Manjeera Water Connection file

My flat owners association paid Rs 20,000 to Mr. Ali of the HMWSSB for the movement of the Water connection file of our Apartment (on Mon, 02-Feb-15) to the HO for subsequent processing.

Subsequently, Mr. Ali informed us on Tue, 03-Feb-15 that our file has moved to Head Office for processing. Once Sanction letter comes in the next 15 - 20 days, we will need to pay the water connection charges (via RTGS of Bank - exact amount will be mentioned in Sanction letter, but Mr Ali told that it will be around 4 - 5 lakhs).
