I am having proper documents for my car( Rajasthan registration). Rc book, insurance , license, PUC, and showed Noc in process , Still the traffic police pressing charges for road tax not payment. And asking 6000 as fine or will TOW the vehicle .Finally had to pay him 1000 . Want to know is it even under law.
