Paid 5500 to RTO

• Paid INR 5,500

I have come to India from UK for 2 years. I bought a Car and to register by car the RTO asked me to pay 12000 Rs. I refused to pay that much money. Later on few people told me that without paying I will not get my car. So I had to paid 5500.
