Paid a bribe of 20000 to SRO through an agent for registering a property

I had to pay a bribe of 20000 on 17th March 2021 to real estate agents under the name of Skanda enterprises in Hosakote, Bangalore. They took this charge saying that they have to pay this in the Hosakote SRO.
They took this money in cash and were supported by the builder and previous owner of my flat, from whom I purchased the flat.
I hope that these agents learn a lesson and don't harass any other new owner in future.
