It was in the evening, i was returning home after picking up sister from her evening classes. Got into a conversation with sister that i forgot to put on headlights for about 2 minutes. Within no time, the cop caught hold of me and i paid him a bribe of Rs.100 against Rs.500 (as quoted by the cop for issuing a challan - violation of driving rules)
