Hi,
I have purchased apartment in Borivali. Builder told me to come to registration office in morning with all documents and 4000.00 extra.
On day of registration, I have noticed Builder appointed one estate agent who collected money from me and other buyers and did registration from Borivali west office.
I have noticed such agents outside govt offices works to get bribe on behalf of entire govt department/ some group of people. They are usually found outside of Passport,RTO, Income Tax,Registration, Marriage Court, Marriage registration , municipal office etc, list are long but I tried to highlight core issue.
If such agents get interrogate well then huge corruption scam can be found, also lots of govt people will get expose.
