So I was caught talking on a mobile near Sakinaka junction. I was less than willing to pay a bribe, so I asked him to do the needful and claim appropriate fine. But then he wont give license and said there is no guarantee to get it back. and so on. Eventually I paid 200 to avoid driving without license. But the traffic police should return the license after paying the fine for such small offence. I do have the photo of corrupt police office I clicked using my mobile. If anyone wants it, let me know. I will email it.
