Rs 8000/ to Cedric of Customs officer Nav shiva port (JNPT) Mumbai for factory stuffing permit.

We required factory stuffing permit for export of goods. I paid 8000/- to Mr.Cedric . They are shameless people. Even senior officers are the same. The share of 8000/- reaches the customs collector and other senior officials. Custom handling agents are the channel. The money is normally collected by them. Every officer will be taking home a minimum of 2-3 lakhs every day. They take you through various complicated procedures, many are created only to frustrate the party . To receive a fax copy, it is compulsory to pay 100RS. If you don't pay 100RS/- they don't put a stamp. Additional 2000/- for the clerical staff (Typists etc). They are highly united robbers and criminals. The entire department is the same. Without a custom handling agent, who is the route to pay bribes, you cannot get anything done.

If a proper investigation on the assets of all the employees of customs at Navshiva port, including customs collectors , every one will be having assets in tens and hundreds of crores.
