Rs.200 per CT1 form and Rs.200 per Proof of Export (POE)

• Paid INR 50,000

I am an exporter and hence I need CT1 / ARE1 form to remove material from the factory without paying excise for exports. However the excise demands Rs200 per CT1 / ARE1 inspite of giving all the relevant documents. The same is true for POE. I pay this amount so that I can do my business smoothly.
