I was talking on phone while driving on LBS marg, one RTO officer came to me, take me aside and told to pay Rs.2100/- as legal fine, or else he will take me to court, i said him to settle the matter. He called up higher officer and he told me to pay Rs.1000/- without reciept or pay Rs.2100/- with reciept and collect the licence from court. I agreed to pay without reciept but to change the amount. After some negotioation he took Rs.800/- from me and give my licence back to me.
