I was forced to pay bribe for my tatkal Passport last year which i paid. Sad part was that CBI office was right below the Passport office where i paid my hard earned money. Ghaziabad Passport Office. Irony! Probably they are too busy catching the bigger 'BAKRAS' to notice what's happening right above their heads.
