Please note that a traffic police name SItaram Gawade, locked the wheels of my car MH46X3319 using clamps, claiming that I had parked car in no parking zone. He demanded Rs 100 for removing the clamps. After giving Rs 100 he issued a receipt for Towing (receipt details S.Yadhav Towing service Crane No MH04B9571 Receipt No 4598) and he never issued a official government receipt for NO Parking. I think now that I had paid a bribe to him to remove the clamps only.
