It's practice of traffic police to charge any way any how from common people. Once traffic police stop me. I was going on two wheeler with my wift. I was having everything like license, helmate, puc. So, they ask for insurance. As no body is taking insurance for two wheeler. They ask to pay fine of 1000 rupeer. Immediately i paid 100 rupees and leave. They are making money like anything. First they take license from us. And if don;t pay bribe then, they will not leave us. It happen at Kandivali East, near western express fly-over, near annex mall. For any traffic rule violation, traffic department should fine reasonable amount that people can pay and take receipt, like 50 rupees fine.
