Traveling without ticket in the local train

I don't remember the name of the ticket collector but it was around 12 in the night. This happened about a year back. He told me I could get away easily if I paid him 100 Rs, otherwise I would have to pay 350 Rs. as fine. This happened at the Churchgate station.
