I am a US citizen and was traveling to India. Had two laptops on me. Custom officer wouldn't let me leave until I paid a bribe. I was taken to a back room at the airport and a police officer asked me for 70 bucks for the custom officer and more for him. Showed him my empty wallet after paying 70 bucks.
