I pulled over on the Western Express Highway next to the flyover (not on the mainway- well on the side, away from traffic and next to building entrances) to take a phone call.
I had to pay a bribe of Rs.100 to a senior officer to get away. He said I would have to collect my license from a far off place I didn't know.
