Asked a bribe of Rs.1000 as fees to give the house tax book.
This is from Pendurthy, visakhapatnam, where we bought new flat in sujathanagar and i applied for house tax in GVMC pendurthy on March, they said they will come for background check and will give the book. but, till may end no one came, i went to GVMC and asked them about this and they said that the book is ready to give and to give Rs. 1000 should be given to them. I asked the officer about his salary details and why do i need to give Rs. 1000 even you are getting salary from government. He said angrily "that is bribe for me and if you want book give me Rs. 1000 otherwise i will cancel that book." I said my father is from CBI court and i will send the money with my father and you can give that book to my father directly. Immediately that officer gave me the book without taking bribe.
