Automatic bribe!!
Recently I had to go to the BBMP office at Koramangala to pay the annual property tax. I was not approached by anyone to pay a bribe as I was paying tax for the entire super builtup area of my flat. I saw several people thrusting Rs 500 denomination notes into the pocket of the incharge and his table drawer without any sign of asking. This indicates that people were getting lower assessments of tax by contacting the official outside the office. What an ingeneous way to make money!!
