Birth Certificate - No bribe
I am a father of Two sons, My first son born on 2008, July 7, at KH hospital at Ranipet same as my second son gave birth at same hospital, I think the hospital has the ploicy to ask the fatehr to fill the form and they themselves submit the form at Municipal office. Both the time my father in law went to collect the certificate and he never paid a bribe or rather no one ask for it. It seems unusual but its a truth.
