This report might seem Trivial for many of you as the money involved was miniscule amount.
This happened on the way back home i was tired and could not walk so i took a bus from BEL CIRCLE to next stop which is KUVEMPU CIRCLE (Route no 276) as i aborded i asked conductor to issue me ticket and gave the money and the ticket cost was just Rs 5 and since i had no change with me i gave him Rs 10 then he returned me Rs 7 and never gave me a ticket! I knew what was happening there and demanded him for ticket but then he had the audacity to stop the bus and asked to get down! but i was not the one who had done wrong so i took my stand and started speaking to him what he'd do with the little amount that he earns from this way! but he then started mocking me for asking questions for it. And in the end i finally got the ticket and got down at the next stop.
The money doesn't bothers me i've the capability to earn as much as i can. But what one might see this as a small useless incident is infact the building block of the corruption which is rampant now in the nation. Integrity to me matters the most. I could have just ignored it and saved Rs 2 which is what i've seen most of them Educated's do even the college students.
You might go on about doing your own business by ignoring this or start teaching your kids by these small incidents the choice is yours to make. And yea I'm 22!
