Bribe asked at Grampanchayat office
I bought an apartment end of last year, but, I have not got my Khata transferred yet. The last time I had been to the gram panchayat office, Seegehalli, Bangalore, the office bearer asked me for a bribe of 8000/-. I resisted and walked out of the office.
