I was at the DDA authority office, distt centre janakpuri for creating driving licence . I met a guy who got me the form and also I did not previously know who he was. He asked me rs.500 for getting the test cleared and warned me that you will fail and come back to me. I decided to get the actal fees paid for RS.30 and cleared the test. I beleive he was a agent and sitting outside and doing all these with the people. I donot know his name but i can identify his face.
