I bought a flat. My builder demanding Rs 20K miscellaneous exp for registration at ********** Nagar. I said No, I will not pay - now delayed for a month. Even if it is 1 year I will not! By the way 15 paid…Builders demand note with me/ bank who provided loan. All silent for the idiots in Reg off to make money...Have not yet as the demand is from builder. Wrote back to him to give break up - not recd any reply. On phone said, its bribe.
