Complain about bribe
Hi,
I got selected for Grama sachivalayam post before joining I need medical fitness certificate for that I went to repalle govt hospital on 3 Oct 2019 at 10:45 am. There on entry one old man(contract employee) with blue apron asked me what the work, I told him I need fitness certificate, he told me give me the application & I will make it done, I placed application in his hand, after a while he asked me for money, I with loud voice asked " why money". Then he tried pleasing me gave my application back and showed me the way to doctors room. I went to the doctor,he is dentist (civil assistant surgeon)and also superindent of the hospital and gave the application to doctor and he signed it and asked me go buy and bring some saplings.i said i will bring, he called his staff(a boy) and told him take some saplings and place the stamp under his sign. The boy came out and asked me I will bring saplings give me money I refused and told him with coarse voice I will bring them you place the stamp. He placed the stamp. Like me 1 lakh plus got selected for this jobs every one goes to hospital for certificate, can't they get in for free with out offering any thing.
Why a doctor has to ask bribe not in form of money but in other means. Is govt not giving aid for plantations around hospital.
