Bribe for renewal of passport
There is a racket being run by the passport officials in Hyderabad. Since the number of passport applicants and renewals are very high, the officials are using it to their advantage to make money on the sly. There are touts outside who give preference to people who pay 4000 bucks and those standing in the queue may or may not get their token because these touts who are hand-in-glove with the cops and passport officials pass on customers who are willing to pay that amount.
