When I contacted BSNL sonipat, they said Evdo and wimax services…
When I contacted BSNL sonipat, they said Evdo and wimax services are not available in sonipat and asked for bribe to avail those services. Due to which customers are paying alot more to the private companies and still not get unlimited plans. A huge corruption is going on. Private companies are paying bribe to bsnl officers to not to avail or keep down these services. bsnl not telling the reason to not avail these services. User base is very large still not providing these service. Bsnl customer care saying that service is available but local exchange officer refuge it. Sonipat is a big city and unavailability of these services raises questions.
