BWSSB Sewage
I am an 85 year old widow and the sewage line from our house was blocked. 5 days later after running from pillar to post, the BWSSB personnel came. Straight-away he asked for Rs.3000. I asked him why and he said, because the line is originating inside my compound wall, it is not their problem. I refused and he went away without doing anything. After paying all the taxes and the cess on sewage and also paying a huge betterment tax, the apathy of these people are unbearable.
